They seem to work, but the smell is very prominent!

I like that these patches have a wide range of applications. You can put them in your needs, shoulders, foot, back, etc. They last up to 8 to 12 hours which is good. They do not irritate the skin at all. They adhere very well into the skin. I like that the package has 40 patches. They are great for traveling since they are portable and disposable.

These adhered well and I thought they did seem to offer a subtle hearing action. They reminded me of ones I had years ago that I haven't been able to find. There were several in the package too and it was a good value for the amount you recieve. The only thing I didn't love about them was the fragrance. It wasn't terrible, but it was noticeable and not my favorite.
